Biography – Steven J. Taitt

Steven J. Taitt is our resident miracle worker at SJT Films. Here is his story, in his own words:

“I was born and raised in Bellport, Long Island. My passion for film started when I videotaped a family vacation, a remarkable feat for a 7-year-old. My mother cultivated this passion, eventually helping me get accepted to the New York Film Academy.

While there I grew as a professional and made connections with many people in the entertainment industry. When I graduated, I worked with a variety of different companies, eventually going freelance and starting SJT Films.

This company has been a dream come true, until I suffered a major accident that nearly ended my life. My recovery was difficult, though my passion in videography helped give me the focus and strength needed to reclaim my life in its entirety.

The next several years were spent rebuilding SJT Films. I am now back to where I was before, with greater experience and an even stronger drive to succeed!”
